Thank you in advance for your accurate and honest reports.  Our clients value your feedback, and they count on you to report the good and the bad, things they may not know about if not for you.  However, remember when evaluating that you may be under surveillance with security cameras, so accuracy is essential.  Also, please remember your comments and the review of your call or visit are the most important part of your reports.  If you need help with your review, please contact your Account Representative.  

Please be sure to keep in contact with your Account Representative if you have any problems with your shop, or if you cannot complete your survey by the deadline given.  Their payment depends on whether or not you complete your surveys, and whether or not they are completed on time.
